Absolutely awful today, but I feel Cooks hands were a bit tied by us winning 3, meaning he can’t really change the side as it wouldn’t be a great example to set.

He can drop as he wishes from here on, for me if your going 4231, that 3 doesn’t work at all , means our ball winning and retention is poor, meaning few chances created.

Yes that’s about the only positive from today. Cook now has free reign to pick whatever he feels is our best side on Tuesday. Whether he can get enough from this group of players remains to be seen.

Cook should have stuck with 2 up front. By him deciding to bypass mid-field with mindless hoofs up to Norwood, we only had 1 shot on target, these tactics have failed all season, three games with 2 strikers and short passing midfield saw us get 3 wins. Hopefully Paul Cook will now have a good idea what formation to play on Tuesday.
