A couple of years ago I bought a two for one pack of three 'walking socks' from Mountain Warehouse (that's £9.99 for six thick socks shock...), I put the scare quotes around 'Walking socks' because I expect such hosiery to be longer, half way up the calf at least. These are just ankle socks so I use them as ordinary wear mainly. Robust enough though, like new two years on...I suppose I should put them in the wash sometime. |  |
