Swoon.
You know that saying "If he was made of chocolate, he'd eat himself"? Well, if he was made of chocolate I'd eat him and I'm a diabetic. That bloke was just the best...

Would go gay for Reuser, that's for sure. He's a dreamboat.

So there's a a large South African contingent in the Dutch police then?
Not the best player to play for ITFC but just what we needed at the time. He had that happy knack of scoring crucial goals at the right time. Spectacular ones too. For both the Bolton 5th and Barnsley 4th I think everyone in the ground knew what he was going to do. Happy memories.
In those days, I went to the ground expecting us to win and to play decent football doing it. That didn’t always work out, but boy did we have a decent team. These days we don’t have a team, I don’t expect us to play decent football or to win. We scrape results every so often, but we’ve been awful for years. So sad.

Very rarely in Burleys time did you ever leave a game thinking " we were sht" or that was boring
No fear. Attacking football.
Big Joe had the same football mentality and the football was the same.
