Was going to ask the same. Did he come on? EDIT: Just checked. Came on after 88 mins. Only getting Phil Babb struggling to accept the result. Where is Keane when you want to see him?! [Post edited 27 Mar 2021 21:50]

Yep, in the 88th minute . . .
Luxembourg? on 21:56 - Mar 27 with 2096 views | quirkie | That is a shocker. Think it is time the Irish went looking for players whose grandma walked past a 4 pack of Guiness in Tescos again and get them registered as Irish players.

Have you watched the Rep of Ireland lately. They haven't won for ten games and in that times scored three goals. Woeful, the worst Irish side I can remember by some distance.

Listening to Babb post game he could have been talking about us - aged players who need to be moved on, no sense of cohesion or direction, not playing a style which suits those available, need to try something different... I was wondering if he’d watched the Wigan match instead.

Luxembourg? on 00:58 - Mar 28 with 1710 views | Eireannach_gorm | Having watched an average to poor Luxembourg beat a very poor RoI team, I have changed my view on Paul Cooks managing of Ipswich. You can have all the managing ability in the world but if your squad is poor or inexperienced you have no chance of success. I actually thought that a change of formation would improve our fortunes but I see now that while it is better to use a system your team can play, no formation can rescue a poor squad. Stephen Kenny is a good manager who is trying to get the Irish team playing better quality football. He has been hampered by injuries, retirements and bad luck. Tonight we were down to our fourth choice keeper ( who played well ), a few experienced but past their sell by date players and mainly youngsters. Lots of endeavour and running around a lot without much effect. Also we don't have a goalscorer. We will not be qualifying for the next World Cup. Does any of this this sound familiar? Stephen and Paul have a huge job on their hands ( at least Paul can get new players ) and I hope they both hold their nerve. This doubly applies to the fans.

Only 1 country has won a world cup in cricket, football and rugby. And I can't see that ever changing tbh, given NZ and Aus are sh1t at footie, Ireland and France sh1t at cricket and Scotland sh1t at all 3 :-)

bear in mind the country which did that had an Irishman captaining the cricket team, various Saffers and islanders in the rugby team and allegedly bribed a lineman to win the other
