They said the usa company are probably in it short term, they buy for 40m and hope to get to the premier in the next few years and sell again for 200m. They also said not all the debt has gone, thought that had passed on to new owner ?? Why has Evans retained 5% and some of the land??

A similar demographic to dipping into April's bin to resurrect posts I'd have thought.

I love to keep old things going and am always looking up fixes for stuff. I had an early 1970s black and white TV for ages where you actually had to stand up, approach the device, and twiddle a rotary controller to swap channels. This was all very well, and I even managed to hook up a satellite receiver to it in the late 90s, but the trouble was with all the extra channels the wear and tear on the dial got too much. I well remember my shock on the day when I was trying to get from Red Hot Dutch to Television X, and the knob came off in my hands.
