New players aside 18:56 - Apr 7 with 1783 views | GlasgowBlue | Where would you like to see investment in the club. I think we can set our heights higher than painting the turnstiles. I'd like to see a decent video screen and scoreboard.

New players aside on 19:03 - Apr 7 with 1718 views | greyhound | Think of us as your new house, your previous owner has left the home on its original condition for about 15 years. Then multiply that thought over and over as you account for high footfall and open air nature of the ground leaving the elements to rot away at the structure. Were what you call a fixer upper

This, player recruitment (in terms of identifying the right players) and the match day experience. We need to rediscover the fact that it is supposed to be an entertainment business.

New players aside on 19:09 - Apr 7 with 1694 views | Rozz | I've always liked our scoreboard, and would be oddly sad to see it go. I used to like watching the major incidents at half time in the bar. In terms of matchday experience, it's very simple: Contactless at all bars. Capable bar staff / given proper training. Pour some pints so they're ready before half time ffs. More pies. More beer. I thought the proposal for a community centre incorporating the Co-op stand practice pitch looked a great idea - it was posted here a while back. We desperately need to do something to engage young fans, as the football and overall experience has been absolute dross for years.

It's been resurfaced too many times it needs digging up, improved drainage etc.

New players aside on 19:18 - Apr 7 with 1609 views | wkj | Scouting... without a doubt. In my opinion this has to be the top priority by a country mile too. The art of buying and selling players at a net gain is becoming more and more potent than youth academies. If you have a massive prospect in an academy, they can be poached for peanuts before signing a pro deal - and we're not getting a CAT1 academy any time soon - we were cheated out of that by the assessors too many times to be confident we ever will gain this status outside of the PL. I am not saying we should abandon the Academy, but really abandon the idea of it being our principal source of income. Get the scouts out, unearth some exciting players from clubs we can't pronounce as well as some GENUINE lower league gems, start getting results, turn a profit on those sales and become more secure. Easier said than done, but much easier to do if the club doesn't half arse it's scouting. [Post edited 7 Apr 2021 19:37]

Local reach and engagement. Summer schools, community events, coaching etc etc. Start rivalling Norwich and others for players in our wide catchment rather than having them taken from under our noses. At the same time, generate future support, event income etc.
New players aside on 19:51 - Apr 7 with 1401 views | Dyland | FFS Glassers. Video screen indeed. In this order... Proper staffing and structure and responsibility from CEO to medical chief and recruitment, more bar staff, better booze selection, more bars open after the game, paint the fooking place, relay the pitch, try and get Cat 1.
