I remember Kieron said he'd be one to push on into the first team fairly quickly before he left his U18s role at the start of last season. |
Indeed. Been a real frustrating time with injuries for him this season, otherwise I suspect he might have been a little closer to the first team. |  |

I think he's done OK when he's played, a bit unfortunate to get picked for cup games with virtually scratch sides for the most part. Would like to see him have a proper run in the team to really judge him. |

I’ve been watching a bit of the Aussie League, Folami has been in and out of the Victory squad and on the bench.

Agreed, if Folami had impressed and got a few goals in the A-league i think he may have got an offer.
I haven't seen anything of him in Australia but he seems to have made zero impact. No goals in that league for a striker isn't overly encouraging and I'm sure Town have had him watched or video footage to look at and clearly he's not done anything to impress.
Another who's career was unfortunately impacted by serious injury but right to let go i think. We should only be retaining players who can impact the 1st team or are showing plenty of potential. I don't think any of those released are in that bracket so fair decisions all round i think. |  |
