The old crazy gang used to out battle many a better team on their way to the top flight and sorted out a good number in that division too.
Tonight, they outplayed us and were the better side in all departments. We were easily second best to a side that are just avoiding relegation from this league. We have been on lower mid-table form in League 1 since before Christmas. Our "team" is atrocious. The best thing is that there is no doubt about it. These players have shown over a long period time that they are not up to the task. Good luck to them finding employment elsewhere. Those still contracted will hopefully pull their fingers out but, if they don't, I doubt Cook will show a lot of patience with them. |  |
