Done properly - is lovely. Beef or goat - with shed loads of chilli pepper marinade, left for like a day before cooking. Then bbq it for a few hours - proper burned.
Best served with chopped onion and tomato, with a tooth pic to eat it. Served in old Nigerian newspaper from a road side grill. Perfect end to an evening much like a kebab is in England. | |
