Not if the top two leagues both have twenty teams m, L1 could have twenty-two teams and L2, twenty-four teams.

The "big six" won't be kicked out of the PL. But if they are then the bottom three won't be relegated. The top six of the Championship then go up. If they then don't relegate the bottom three championship teams it will still be the top two plus a play off winner from our league.

That's exactly what will happen. that and those 6 teams will be placed in our league next season after the 6 are promoted leaving us in the league for a further 2 years minimum!
