Think the individual confidence and confidence in the team around them is utterly shot. We make so many critical errors in the pressure moments at both ends of the pitch.
I think both the players and Cook are suffering from several years of failure and poor decisions. But probably right that we need a squad overhaul just to shake the collective dread. |  |

Have you seen us earlier this season?
This was all out attack with loads of creativity compared to any other game we have played so far.
Im seeing real progress in our play, but you really cant expect cook solving all our defensive and attacking problems with so many years of negativity burned into the mind of our tbf very average squad.
By parking the bus sure we could have scraped a couple of more points under cook, but id rather see long term progress being made in our playing mentality, and that is clear to me will change enormously under cook going forward. |  | | |
