Northampton, Wimbledon, Bristol Rovers 22:58 - Apr 20 with 438 viewswkj

All examples of a club with players banding together trying to survive and achieve their prize of staying up...

I hope our players take a long look at those results and realise what playing with passion and pride means - if you have a cause and unity, you can beat almost anyone.

Make no doubt about it, there is such a lack of care for reaching the playoffs, the fans and ambition from ALL members of our squad right now and they should be lucky to play at this level when they move on.

The only consolation from this capitulation is that now playoffs are being considered as impossible for Cook - the great Ipswich bin off can begin.

I would love it if we could attend the last game of the season (will be texting my mate Boris about it tonight) - that way we could give our playoffs the most vocal send off we could muster.

COYB! - Shame on the players - disgusting lack of ambition and drive.

Yet no blame whatsoever on Cook for failing miserably at managing to motivate the squad?

It's all to easy to blame one person or one group. The truth is they all need to carry the can for this absolute mess of an end of the season. Tactically and motivationally Cook has failed as much as the players themselves have.

Aiye, they were incredibly unlucky not to get points from their game vs ourselves and played like a team.

While they didn't win and relegation is a certainty - they haven't clocked out like our players have, and are not suffering 3 goal defeats routinely.

Cook will be under the microscope from the first game of next season. No more free pass.

Cook was hired a month or two later than he should have been to really get the full judgement. Lambert may have done better - but he was routinely feeding the players a false sense of security and support - as man of us mocked him for in his pressers (rightly).
