Depends who he can sell plus the tuck shop money. Wait, hang on, that was previous seasons.

No idea, but it will have to match the ambitions of the new owners.

I'd not expect anything more than £3m to start. A lot can be done for free this year, and we absolutely should exploit that. Save as much money as we can or when/if we're to push for the prem.

We won’t be shopping in the discounted out of date 1p aisle any more. We will have money to spend if needed, a lot of good players will be out of contract and we should be able to compete wages wise with a lot of championship clubs now. If we need to spend money on a fee we can, Ashton and co will want to make sure that it’s the right player we’re spending cash on.

Whatever can be fitted in that little chest at the bottom of the fish tank that opens and closes.

I doubt it’ll be a great amount of money. That isn’t necessary at this stage. I get a sense these people are looking to progressively build something, which I think is a great way to do it. A marked difference to Evans who gave an idiot a lump of money to hose up the wall then wrung out the assets till the roof turned green.

NEVER say how much you have to spend. It tends to be a good way of getting yourself ripped off. The hint is there is enough money to build a promotion team - I think maybe they will offer freebies alot of money to sign.

I doubt it will need to be that much, in terms of transfer fees. There will be a lot of clubs cutting down on their squad sizes - particularly higher earners - due to the after-effects of Covid and the absence of fan income. We will be in a position to attract quality by offering above average wages for the division, coupled to the ambition to progress up the divisions.

Good Lord! Whatever is it?

Wage budget will be more important than fees.

I'd say no more than £2m in fees, but if we can have a £10m wage budget we will be more than doubling most in this league
