No, they won't. The players Cook is saying are useless wasters are, by the large, the ones who Hurst signed. The ones Hurst said were useless wasters were ones who'd had us playing in the top half of the Championship in the face of the significant drag factor of the Marcus Eans culture of 'this'll do'.

Hurst’s only two positive achievements here were: 1) Highlighting the underlying culture issues at the club which have choked the club virtually to death over the last few years. 2) Being unbeaten in East Anglian derbies. He showed perception in addressing point 1, but deserves no credit given that he compounded the problem through poor man-management and poor decision making.

Hurst will always be my most hated manager solely for what ever the hell he did to Bart, 3 time player of the season and mentally ruined him the space of 2 months.

The damage he did in one summer was absolutely immeasurable. Of course if we had a decent set up at the club he wouldn't have been able to do the damage in the first place, so some of the fault falls on Evans for that.
