Chambers and Ward: Musings 05:04 - May 5 with 876 views

Am I right in thinking Ward’s last game was the one he was captain in? Presumably that was a way of showing respect to him for his career as Cook knew he wasn’t going to play him again?

With Chambers not playing at all, do we think it’s because he has a similar contract clause, or because he’s staying? I can’t imagine that a player of nearly 10 years (who is also captain) would just be dropped without any final hurrah. If he doesn’t play Sunday, that would give a good signal he’s staying?
