yeah but in this league you could build a whole side around him, he'd score almost every game and get you promoted so that million quid is tiny compared to the rewards a signing like that could provide. This unfinished business thing is just odd. He's someone with no link to the club who is probably more loyal to MM than he is us. We signed him, he repaid us on the pitch and he took the better offer when it came. No issue with him at all but this idea he needs to come back is nonsense. He moved on. He will now take the best package on offer to him and rightfully so. |  |

Again you have no idea if that is true. People are looking at it and projecting their own love for Town on to Waghorn. Why would be come back here if Coventry offer him more money and Championship football? It's very unlikely he would come back here just because he got on well with the fans.

Yeah he'll have a few offers in the Championship you'd presume. I do think he's a realistic enough target for us though, we're an exciting prospect now amongst EFL clubs. | |
