Given the fact they left the EU who's immigration here was mostly white I doubt it.

It's an out of control, broken system they can somehow pin on Labour because the public refuse to look at the fact the Conservatives have run this country more or less consistently since the second world war.

Harold Wilson's administrations 1964 to 1970 and 1974 to 1976
James Callaghan's administration 1976 to 1979
Tony Blair's administration 1997 to 2007
Gordon Brown's administration 2007 to 2010

So Labour consistently ran the United Kingdom for thirty years of the period since the Second World War (and the Tories have inconsistently mismanaged the United Kingdom for the other forty years...)
