Did Jackson touch the ball? 13:57 - May 9 with 2428 viewsBbmaj

I think KJ spent 15 minutes on the pitch without a single touch... gave away a couple of free kicks, ran around a bit, but to zero effect. Oh dear.

Entertaining games overall.

That role is not his game.

He will do well at the right club next season. Hopefully not against us, though.

KJ hasn't heard about a contract renewal yet... in negotiation atm...

Cook hasn't seen me in training.

Actually, nor has anyone for a while, thinking about it.

To be fair, there are a lot of players who haven't showed up in training waiting to hear from him in the next few days.

No role 'is his game'.

Absolutely dreadful this season. I was one who hoped he'd carry on something like his 2019-20 form this season, but has contributed absolutely nothing.

Maybe he'll re-find it somewhere else, but zero chance he's staying here and the move will be downwards now, I'd expect. Clubs take punts on strikers with pace but not after a season like that.

You misunderstand him, touching the ball isn't part of his game.

Well there must be something there as Bournemouth offered £2m and Huddersfield would have taken him too.

I have to say when I read KJ I didn't think of Jackson and was thinking that KJ didn't get touched on account of Hoppy sitting in the stands toting a shot gun.

Pace? Twice he tried to outpace their defender and was beaten both times!! He’s about as fast as Bennett’s lol

He's played for us 93 times (mostly in League 1) and scored 15 goals.

Feel his best days were in League 2 (16 goals in 45 appearances). About 1 goal in every 3 matches at League 2. If I were a League 2 manager, I'd be weighing up a potential offer.

And Bournemouth, with their £19m talisman Dominic Solanke, notoriously recognise value for money.

£2m to Bournemouth was absolute peanuts, even a punt given parachute and a few years in the PL.

11 of those in one season too, which was not this season, in which he's managed to look even more useless than he did in the Championship.

Great footballer, cannot wait for him to thrive out wide next year, right?

There was definitely something about him when he joined us. This year has been a complete disaster for him though.

Needs a 4 4 2 team. Simple as that really

I still expect him to end up in championship banging goals in. But the set up of the team is vitally important to him as a player.

Never be afraid to share your thoughts.
