Shame that it is ending this way (awful season for Town and no games in front of fans) but time now for them to take on new challenges. Good servants of the club, on and off the pitch, which will be how they will be remembered. [Post edited 9 May 2021 16:41]

Indeed, the lack of fans is really sad. Think they both deserved more.
I'm sure they'll be back at the club in some capacity before long.

If they do both end up at Colchester then I'd say an obvious pre-season friendly at Portman Road would be against that lot so we'd have the chance to say thanks and bye to Chambers and Skuse (then run them ragged and score a hatful...) |  | | |

Yep.
Especially Chambers for me personally. Reason being is that he was my favourite player under Mick - which included DM’s purple patch. I’ve been his biggest critic lately but upon reflection I will really miss him. Should have got a good send off. Such is life unfortunately.
