Great example is scum finding Buendia. Could do with finding someone with similar attributes.

There are work permit issues however it's not just down to wages on offer to be able to get players from abroad so it shouldn't hurt us as much being league 1.
The selling club is key and their reputation. But also finding youngsters who have represented their country would be the best targets.

I think thats but also he will be the face that sells the club to players.
His agency isn't so much about being agents in the "I can get you an extra 20k a week if you move to Swansea son" but more of a helping players build a brand for themselves so I think we might see a lot of this what else comming to Ipswich can do for you, this is what we do to help and support you etc.
