Because there is a difference between a clear out and a total demolition. By all means get rid of what doesn't work, but where people have had a proven track record of success they should be retained, particularly if they understand why we are/should be as a club. |  | | |

I am guessing anyone who has been successful over the last 10 yrs will be kept on but considering we have just had our worst decade in history there may not be many worth keeping.

Has Cook told you this? I'm guessing Nash's recent role hasn't showcased his coaching talents, and if his contract is up it is hardly surprising that Cook wants to bring in his own people as part of the shake-up. |  |
