Right age, been on the books at a Premiership club, has had back to back seasons in the Championship and has worked with Paul Cook at Wigan. What are the chances we can sign him on a free transfer? Would be the ideal replacement for Holy.

He would be a very good signing alongside the Luton captain. It would be a real statement of intent from Cook and the club if we brought players in of that quality next season. It also shows you how lazy our recruitment was post relegation just to acceptable we couldn't do any better,
