I thought Private Eye was pretty absent from calling out the smears from heavily pro-Israeli groups. But I guess they wouldn’t be immune to the consequences of getting involved either. The accusations come pretty thick and fast.
I’m sure if we were witnessing the same from Russian embassies, lobbyists and apologists there’d be just a wee bit more pushback. | |

Fair enough. I think they were certainly on the passive side though.

No wonder they submitted many thousands of complaints and only a couple of hundred could be deemed antisemitic.
