Was chatting about this at the weekend, kinda whittled it down to 3 but happy to add others in if I have missed any glaring obvious ones.
2005 Ashes win Liverpool in Istanbul Miracle at Medinah
Personally, that summer of the Ashes was just magnificent, having lived in Oz in the late 90's and was given pelters by the Aussies whilst I lived there about our abject team, that one resonated with me for a number of reasons.

Agree, both were great occasions. Also Murray beating Djokovic in 2013 final was a great achievement.
Agreed, tennis has given me many a moment out of my chair in my 31 years! I was only young but remember Ivanisevic pretty clearly, plus a ton of Wimbledon repeats over the years!
What's the go with the rugby world cup in 2003? Did we overachieve or were we expected to do pretty well?

The 03 Rugby WC was a great achievement, but we were overwhelming favorites for that tournament, especially as we had just beaten New Zealand on their own patch 6 months earlier.
Not many will have heard of him or the feat, but James Lawrence (aka The Iron Cowboy) ran 50 Ironman distance triathlons in 50 States in 50 days back in 2015. So that's a 2.4 miles swim, 112.21 miles bike, and 26.2 miles run; one in each State in consecutive days including all the travel involved.
I didn't think that would ever be beaten, but he's currently doing 100 Ironman distance triathlons in 100 days back to back, on about day 93:
You always get those special individuals in all sports, the once in a generation as they are often called, same with tennis players where you get one individual who dominates, but to have the 3 greatest ever male players (based on Grand Slam wins) playing at the same time, has any sport ever had that?
If it's purely individual then I would say Tanni Grey-Thompson and if it's it team then Leicester City
The 2005 ashes i still think is the greatest series of all time (just pipping australia v india last winter) but as a sporting feat it's still just a victory in a 2 horse race. In cricket a greater feat was Stokes (and Leach) bringing us home at Headingley in 2019, which in itself just pips what Stokes did at the world cup final.

Mo Farah's complete dominance of long distance track running is up there for me. His record is outstanding. 10 golds and 2 minor medals at world and Olympic level. In comparison Belkele's record was 8 & 2, and Haile's was 6 & 3 respectively.

Rafael Nadal winning 13 French Opens has to be one of the more impressive sporting feats over the last 20 years, while he may well make it 14 at the age of 35.

Indeed, 100 wins and just 2 losses in the French open. That's not just another level, that's another planet!

From an Ipswich point-of-view, Pablos injury time winner against Coventry has to be up there….which itself proves just how awful we’ve been for twenty years.

Much as his record is insane it needs to be put in the context of clay being by far his favoured surface, whilst it is the weakest surface of his big rivals over that time. Still an amazing feat to sustain that level of dominance but I think that caveat is needed. Clay very much favours his game in a way that it doesn't favour the game of most of the other top players over the past 15 or so years.
Usain Bolt’s 100 metres and 200 metres World Records stick out for me.
It’s amazing enough to be the fastest in the world, considering natural athletic talent will always bring the very best athletes to the fore. Unlike say, Formula One which comes from a very limited pool of youngsters that have tried and stuck with karting.
But to be whole percentage points faster than the next best is just mind-blowing.
Special mention to Messi for his career as well. Unlike Ronaldo, his next-level performance is mostly based on a different level of skill rather than skill plus athleticism.

I'd say Messi is pretty athletic. Strong as an ox as well. Have you ever seen him knocked off the ball?

It was 2013.
Actually he won in both 2013 and 2016 - and got an Olympic gold medal in 2016 plus the Australian and French opens as well as (unsurprisingly) making the World No. 1 ranking that year, which made that second Wimbledon win a bit special. But you are right in that his first win was also the first Brit since Fred Perry was 2013, I skim read the BBC report on the 2016 win and managed to pick that up wrong.

He beat Federer in the 2012 Olympic final as well, hammered him. Great player before injuries took of him. Three majors and countless runners-up is a great career though. The 2013 final win was the peak for me, Djokovic was at the top of his game and was big favourite. Although Murray won 3-0 it was a very tight game and I believe had Djokovic won the last game which lasted 20 minutes, he would have came back to win the match.
Murray also won the Davis Cup with Britain, almost forgot about that. I'd put him in the top 20 greatest tennis players ever.
