Is anyone else having problems with the DD system I am trying to process a new season ticket but it’s just going to a page saying title not supplied have they stopped the DD Payment system can anyone give advice as the phone line to ticket office is down as well |  | | |  |

I had this too, unfortunately I can't offer a solution as I ended up just paying in full to make sure I got the seat next to my friend.
What I can say, is don't log out or clear your cache to try and fix as you will lose access to the ticket in your basket. |  | | |

Had same problem, annoyingly it just meant you didn't have a Title in your profile ie Mr Miss Mrs Dr, added to my profile and went through all fine, and ticket stayed in basket. [Post edited 7 Jun 2021 15:36]
