Bit of a comedy moment on Thursday. Had I had to be formally trained to clean, flush and drain a PICC line9big cannula used for log-term IV drugs). I'v only been driving THOSE for 15 years. To her credit the trainer delivered the training with an entirely straight face.

Had a PICC line myself for a few months - not a lot of fun tbf, but they do a good job and make the chemo thing slightly easier, as you well know.
