Happy birthday swanners… you don’t look a day over 30… (obviously that’s just guesswork as never met you… but even so!) It’s not that bad… I’ve survived 6 months of it so far, and still coping!

It's been very good thanks. Early start taking my daughter swimming, which allowed me to fit in an hour gym session. Home; more presents then I've had in years. Picnic and then paddle boarding this afternoon off south Gower. And to make it better I actually stood up and paddled for pretty much the first time (loads of jellyfish, so I didn't fancy falling in). Home, cake, more presents and then the match. Wales concede, laugh at the missus, Champagne and then doing man things with the BBQ in the garden, finished off with another beer or three.

Not bad really.
I did paddle boarding in Austria with my ex. Standing up and paddling is way harder than the seasoned boarders make it look as they glide effortlessly past you.
