So who will be next out the door? 13:29 - Jul 6 with 1358 viewsIllinoisblue

Bishop? Holy? Nolan? And what of Downes? So highly rated yet just a Barnsley whisper so far.

I don't think Nolan or Holy will leave, I think Bishop will, not sure about Downes, think that's up to him?

A 'Barnsley whisper' is not a euphemism I want to know the meaning of.

Nolan intrigues me; (relatively, for us) decent goals record. Yet never looks happy here. Have you ever seen him smile?

I heard he was properly unhappy here last season, but then who can blame him really, it was sh1t wasn't it? Having said that I would wager he'll never play for a bigger club than Ipswich, and if he wants to taste Championship football again, the most likely way of that happening is to put a shift in this season and earn another year.

Wonder if Cook can put a scouse arm around him and get him onside. He's not a bad player by any means, and could be a useful member of the squad if he can get him up for it.

Jackson seems the priority for me given that we took up his option with the express purpose of selling him.

Bishop, Maybe.
Downes, no.
Holy, no
Kenlock, yes.
Jackson, yes.
Nolan, no.

I have a feeling Holy will be kept as a number 2 as it looks like most of our 'Priority' GK targets have moved elsewhere and Siegrist has gone, very very quiet

Downes - could go either way, wouldn't be suprised if he stayed for another year

Nolan - works hard, decent scoring record, could see him staying and doing a job

Bishop - Potential to stay, good player when fit & focused, clearly loves the club, could still do a decent job in the 10 role as back up to Crooks/Celina (should they both be signed then maybe that's when he'll be offloaded)

I think at this point it comes down to whenever someone makes a bid. Clearly we're now free of the ones who Cook saw no use in keeping in any way.

Bishop, Downes, Jackson - Waiting for an offer or PEX deal

Holy - Pretty sure he's going to wind up staying

Nolan - Cook will want to assess him, I get the feeling PC fancies his chances of getting the most out of him

But miles worse than Downes and Bishop who we are so desperate to get rid off
