Quite. If the one on Kane was given (which it should have been) then VAR wouldn’t have overturned. Equally had Sterling’s not been, then VAR wouldn’t have given it. I like this use of VAR, let the refs ref and only intervene for anything glaringly wrong, rather than consulting a monitor every 2 seconds. The premier league should take note. | |
