anyone know the rules on whether league games will be cancelled? how many cases/self-isolators triggers a cancellation?

could be a messy stop-start season

It looks to me that the Government will let the number of cases and number of death's continue to rise and no action will be taken until the hospitals are close to being overwhelmed, which could mean the first game of the season may be in doubt looking at the figures. Over the weekend one person told me that the hospital they work at the covid wards are filling up with predominately 20 - 30 year olds, nick named the Euro variant, and another person told me the very small doctors practice they work in had 17 new covid cases in a week, 1 elderly and 16 in the 11 to 22 age group. Unsurprising figures I know, but two very different areas and nationally the daily death rate has doubled in the last two weeks. Back to Ifollow for the Morecombe game?
