If this was a civil case then the weight of probability would have the scales so weighted in Cummings favour that Johnson would be stuck in the air, as with his staged* zip wire stunt.
Cummings will be acutely aware that one claim shown to be false and everything else collapses in puff of disbelief.
So why lie when there is clearly so much he knows ?
