I’d love it if he stayed, knuckled down and committed himself to the club. He’s obviously a good player and would only enhance the squad.
However, for whatever reason it looks like we are beyond that and it’ll be in the best interests of all concerned for him to move on, sadly.

Encourage him to stay? It would be nice if he stayed but at this point he needs someone to come in for him. If may have happened but I think it's going to be a difficult deal to get done. His stock is lower than it was last year. Will the club accept a cut price deal? |  |

It should do, just depends on what Championship clubs are interested.
Needs to be very careful which club he chooses, lots of basket cases in that league. |  |
