I think it is very important to not omit the fact that large parts of your angle is your opinion and in no way factual. There is nothing in the history of the football dealings of 'The Three Lions' that suggests they are charlatans. Phoenix Rising FC has been a largely successful venture, as has been corroborated by Phoenix Blues that use this board.
As for the source of the money, it seems pretty in line with how the world works for investment.
