I'm totally sick of it now and the main reason is that I can't be arsed with all the poncey divs that constantly talk in management cliches and buzzwords.
As you know I'm a massive cynic anyway, so I'm not really the best person to give a balanced view.

I appreciate what he's doing right now, but the whole hero-worship thing is a bit embarrassing. He's just an office spod(albeit an apparently highly competent one), at the end of the day.
