RIP Don, I grew up with the Everley's tunes ringing around the house. I doubt there will ever be the like of them again, the harmonies and tunes... Right up there as one of the all time music legends. Sleep well.
I didn't mean to dis Cliff, he was the first Rock 'n' Roller from our shores. I think he's seriously underrated as an artist, his early stuff is up there with all the early rockers. People think of Mistletoe and Wine and that awful Millennium Prayer and singing at Wimbledon and he's seen as a bit of a joke but he made a lot of decent records in a very long career. Back in the day he was the spitting image of Ronaldo
