These Paralympics 02:41 - Aug 26 with 792 views | The_Romford_Blue | Whacked it on for a few minutes and they had the blind cycling on. Can I just ask why the non blind rider (the pilot) gets less credit? Surely she too is putting in the work to ride the 1000m sprint bike ride even if she can see properly. I know on the graphics they mentioned it occasionally that there was a pilot but the commentators barely mentioned the second rider and the bit at the bottom only mentions the blind one. Seems unfair to me. Feel somewhat sorry for the ‘pilot’. This post is in association with peace and love ✌🻠

These Paralympics on 11:01 - Aug 26 with 462 views | Ryorry | Watched some of the swimming last night, including a womens' medley (400m I think), for those who only have use of 50% of their bodies. Absolutely extraordinary and remarkable, both the speed they get through the water with, and the sheer inventiveness of their strokes. I could never go that fast even using 100% of my body - watching them is a very humbling experience.
