Been watching this BBC series with interest and it certainly has grabbed my attention.
If I stop just for a second and try and consider exactly how I would feel on the sub, for weeks on end with no fresh air and being unable to escape then I know for absolute certainty that it is not something I could consider doing. Hats off to those that do.
Likewise. Ever since a PGL adventure hol when I was about 16, which involved a day at some caves in or near the Wye valley & trying to wriggle through an opening which was no more than 18 inches high & 2''6" wide (and I'm slim). Never again!
Not completely bowled over by it but there’s enough intrigue there to continue watching each week.
The main problem I have with it is that I'm having to watch via firestick/iPlayer, for which I can't get any subtitles to work (tho they're usually on my TV for aerial transmission, which we're still unable to get due to the Bilsdale transmitter fire).
The on-board copper gabbles her lines so fast in Scottish accent that I can make out less than half of what she's saying. Same applied to the murdered whistleblower.
