Think we’re all concerned, or are already convinced, Cook may not have the tactical coaching acumen, and that Richardson was a key factor in his success.
BUT this is a psychology and mentality issue now, we are making players worse with the confidence issue running through the club.
As Hyam said you can have the best squad but with no confidence you don’t function.
We sack Cook? Before Morsy and Celina? We go again with another manager?
I think we still give Cool the Doncaster game, it’s a MUST WIN… period
We keep feckin up our managers, Mick should have been short term, we needed an Appleton or a Robbins type… we got Hurst, Lambert and now a questionable Cook.

Being truly honest and listening to my instinct, I want to see cook stay on and this whole thing play out, for good or ill. If it must be for ill, then until the season is dead and buried (in terms of promotion/playoffs).
I’m a sucker for narrative and cooks got himself backed in a horrible corner. Maybe he can find what he needs to get out of it? Will be interesting to see. Not gonna kill me if we’re in league 1 next year and the GC2.0 project is going nowhere.

Evans is clearly a good player and known for a being a determined and serious guy
His first half performance against Morecombe was just excellent- but the collapse in his confidence and desire to gran the game is remarkable

Burgess seems to be going the same way
KVY has just never really got going.
