I struggle to see how him and Celina fit into the same team really. He's good but slows the play down. Surely we're better off rotating them as the number 10s and picking 2 from Aluko, Burns, Chaplin and Edwards in the wide positions to give the team a bit more pace. |  |

That's true, but with his lack of pace and mobility he would never have got there. I think he's a bit Darren Currie-esque. As you say, a clever footballer but is lacking in those aspects of the game. |  | | |

It really does sum up our support that people cannot appreciate what a good player Fraser is. Some lovely intelligent play yesterday.
I wonder with Morsy coming in to the side it’ll mean he’ll end up as a third centre half, allowing the full backs to bomb on even more than they do now, which’ll in turn means Fraser will be allowed to drift inside more from that wide position? |  |

He's playing in the wrong position for sure. He's not a wide player in a month of Sundays and we need to get him central and the athletic, more dynamic players like Edwards/Burns/Celina around him. | | | |

Yep. He’s the best team player we’ve had in the attacking third in years. Different from Didzy but equally important to our attacking threat.
Case in point, when he played a ball out to Penney overlapping yesterday and got the angle wrong so the defender could come across and intercept, I started momentarily as I’m now so used to him getting both angle and pace spot on. |  |

I personally don’t mind Fraser out on the left, it’s similar to the position he gravitated towards at MK Dons, when looking at his heat map. He picks up some great positions that allow Coulson or Penney a lot of space. I would like to see Fraser and Celina interchange positions more though. | | | |

Actually Monty Radio this might have been me.
My friend pointed Fraser out then he seemed to lose the ball or pass backwards.
Looking at the highlights and on reflection I was wrong.
As other posters have pointed out he was involved in our best moves.
