Reminds me of Southend away a couple of years ago. A full away end, bound to be a lively atmosphere on both sides.

Proper away day.

Should be class.

Who’s going?

Southend, Cambridge.....ffs Rommy and we're still singing about Norwich..

We'd better be up for this, we turn up thinking we're too good to be here and Cambridge will bully us like Accy did....

Should be proper, all lads on the p1ss.

Gutted I can’t go but making up for it by going Pompey Tuesday.

I'm going and also have a 100% away win record so it's in the bag!

I can’t make it either, which is a pain, as when they got in the Conference PO Final a couple of years in a row, I used to be semi-regular at their games as my bro-in-law played for them and it was the first fixture I looked for when they came out.

Going to Plymouth in a couple of weeks though… there and back in a day on the train from Ipswich.

Bloody hell, that's got to be a full 12 hours on the train. Kudos.

Train from Exeter to Plymouth is pretty scenic, as it goes. Reading to Taunton, less so.

I may well be at Plymouth for a weekender. My mate has a mansion in Cornwall that they use as a summer house and it was an option we’d stay there after the game. Only issue is I may opt for the racing that weekend instead so Plymouth may have to be put on the backburner. We’re see how Saturday goes.

I do love a good train journey, and have been to Cornwall on the train a few times before… it’s worth it for that Exeter - Plymouth stretch alone…. Not that we’ll see much of it on the way back.

I'm there. Cambridge is a great place for a beer shame the ground is miles from all the great places, looking forward to it.

No mate, tickets are like gold dust no doubt, unless you're a ST holder..

What's your plan? Driving or train?

Speaking of Wycombe, my ticket arrived for that the other day from the original fixture back in early September. My graduation is there on Tuesday so I was kinda hoping that would be the last time I’d be back there but hey ho.. things we do for football.

Southend was the most fun away day in years and years, hope Saturday is the same but I'm not sure Cambridge will be up for Ipswich taking as many liberties as we did that day.

You can if your company pays for your fuel.

10hr found trip, did it a few months ago, there and back the same day to find some equipment had been simply turned off at the plug.

Used to have the luxury of that a few years ago....

A certain multinational drinks company paid for the fuel for many an away trip back in the day.
