In the last 8 games we’ve created the 2nd fewest chances in the league….. on 12:52 - Oct 26 by itfcjoe
I think a lot has been made of KVY, but he was pushing on as clearly instructed - we’ve not seen him since things were tightened up so much and sure he’d be fine if not as solid as JD.
The CM balance and getting Morsy in there has helped - Harper just not the right player for the role
Cook has openly stated that Donacien is the better one-on-one defender hasn't he? Didn't he actually say the best at the club?

Yep, and something I’ve said for a while re JD 1 on 1 - but KVY’s biggest issue is he was 30 yards ahead of the ball and constantly being told to push up which is a big change from where we were

We’ve massively tightened up at the back, and you can’t do that without losing a bit at the other end - I think the results over last 8 prove it was the right way to go!
When Donacien was coming back into the side - like the Lincoln away game - he hardly ever got in front of the centre backs.
But in recent games its noticeable how he has pushed further up the park
We seem to be finding a better balance with defence and attack which is good to see.
Im a bit worried that these next two game against more physical sides may find us out a bit more. It will be a good measure.

Thankfully it looks like Cook has been listening. Keep up the good work.
