Jacket potato with beans and tuna mayo. Yes that is what I said. Beans with tuna mayo.

In the spirit of reconciliation and happiness at the end of the Banter Era (RIP) and as a result of promotion I have cleared out my ignore list. Look forwards to reading your posts!

It’s Friday which is one of my 2 meat days so tonight I’m having a chicken jalfrezi, pilau rice and peshwari naan kindly cooked for me by the local Indian restaurant (pretty sure they’re Bangladeshi tbh), which I’ll partner with a few bottles of Peroni.

We also have a cheesecake for dessert.

Friday night is almost always takeaway as too lazy at the end of the week to cook.

I think tonight will be chinese.

I was born underwater, I dried out in the sun. I started humping volcanoes baby, when I was too young.

Sorry to hear you've lost your sense of taste too - might want to order a PCR test.

Chilli con carne, just put it in the over for an hour so whilst I enjoy a beer that's been well earned this week.

Might open a bottle of red in a bit too.

Managed two pints while my egg noodles were 'resting', think perhaps I ought to cook them now!

No idea when I began here, was a very long time ago. Previously known as Spirit_of_81. Love cheese, hate the colour of it, this is why it requires some blue in it.

Farfalle (which are butterflies not bowties!) with a baked feta and tomato sauce.

It'll be sh*t and I'll be grumpy as I genuinely hate being at home so probably a divorce for desert.

Oven baked fish, oven chips, baked beans and French beans. Nice glass of red wine, followed by a solero ice lolley.

Gorgeous Friday night meal!

Did you afford some of the beer to mingle with the chilli whilst it cooked?

Occasionally add wine, didn’t tonight though as didn’t open the bottle in time.

Fresh chillis which have definitely cleared my sinuses after a cold last weekend.

Pork belly, braised in pineapple juice and spices. Pork then extracted and put in a hot oven to crisp up whilst the liquid reduces to a glaze. Served on top of steamed rice with some fresh pineapple.

Sort of just making it up as I go along but seems promising.

Hake, mussels, chorizo, courgettes, samphire and mojo sauce.

Perhaps a cheeky glass of Furmint to go with.

Very late update - as it happens I was able to change my pre-order of cod and chips to one of Hake with. broccoli and samphire when we got the pub. And they did have pudding, the ubiquitous Fudge cake and cream.
