Friend of mine's stag do was at an activity place in Essex which included axe- and knife-throwing, tho I think that was outdoors, rather than in a pub/bar.

It’s £60 for a session not per person. So if you actually have friends and say 4 of you go it’s £15 per head This thread seems to be full of people who don’t live in Ipswich and always go on about how terrible it is moaning that something new and popular will be opening. Standard

"£15 per head" Do they have to come right off, or can you leave one half severed and save yourself a fiver?

Well I live in Ipswich and can't say I moan how terrible it is, because it isn't that bad at all. I still wouldn't pay £15 to throw an axe though.

Apologies if the op came across like that. Have a soft spot for Ipswich despite not living there and like any town I’m sure there are more good areas than bad. Some bad planning decisions in the 60’s but hopefully some of that will be remedied soon. Booze/ axe/ any town is a bad mix.

Wasn’t aimed at you Wait until you hear about the recent fad of throwing metal spears in pubs though…
