A vegan one shouldn't as it has egg white as far as I know but Quorn mince is decent.

There are quite a few on here who eat meat who enjoy Quorn mince.

Better without, although then I'm not a veggie/vegan. We regularly do veggie chilli with loads of finely chopped veg and at 2 or 3 different types of beans. That's all you need. Great with rice as a traditional chilli or in wraps/tortillas/enchiladas/lasagna and all that sort of stuff.

thanks everyone..I’ve never used quorn before but thought I’d ask…however as it isn’t vegan friendly that’s out of the question anyway

Agree with this, cracking recipe.

	No idea when I began here, was a very long time ago. Previously known as Spirit_of_81. Love cheese, hate the colour of it, this is why it requires some blue in it.

Tonight’s effort with rice. Onion, garlic, aubergine, courgette, 2 tins kidney/mixed beans, chopped Toms, 2 chillis, smoked paprika, cumin, mixed herbs, veg stock cube, salt/pepper. Tortillas and a homemade salsa to start (3-4 vine toms chopped (any tomatoes will do), half a red onion v finely chopped, 1/2 clove garlic crushed, 1 green chilli chopped, salt (lots lol), juice of 1-1.5 limes, fresh coriander chopped.

Never buy shop salsa if you can make your own. It makes or breaks anything chilli-ish.
