The Highgate Blue Poll on 12:02 - Nov 25 by homer_123
I'm not so sure Phil would run that, Cook seems to have an Aura about him still for some reason.
I wouldn't imagine now is the best time to run it. Sometimes polls like that can seem impartial. I know when Phil has run posts like this before it is when there are a lot of questions flying around in the media already.

Yes, I can quite understand why Phil would want to be careful, and this site is run to very high standards of professionalism and balance. But I reckon it's fair game for us mere punters to give and pool our views. As I mentioned before, there was a very strong anti-Cook sentiment after Rotherham, myself included, and if there are numerous Cook-inners who are more circumspect and less Gobby than the likes of I, this is a good way of letting them make clear that whilst empty barrels make the most noise, there may well still be lots of different barrels in this cellar. Or something...

Indeed!! I'm expecting Phil to run a story that 2/3rds of town fans what Cook out, thats a rarebit of info for him
To make a statement as bold as that assumes that all non TWTD reading fans think the same. How could he possibly know. There are eight of us regular supporters who travel home and away. There are only two who read or and post on the forum. The other six have 290 years of support between them. TWTD does not necessarily represent the views of the majority of Town fans - it just thinks it does. Thousands of fans would never read the forum. Also of course several that do for all the best or worst reasons rarely get to Portman Road. It's the same with politics - the majority views on here are not the views of the majority of town supporters believe me.

Too true, if go by whats on here 2/3rds want Cook out. The vast majority of town fans I know do not post on here and not one of them wants Cook out. It just seems the most vocal ones do which is always the case.
