Should coincide nicely with our promotion to the Premier League

We have no village green, or a shop. It's very, very quiet. I can walk to the pub.

Right next to the tin building where Fitness First used to be, in between that and the Suffolk council building.

Opposite the court.

Surprises me that there would be sufficient demand for such a large hotel in that area.

You haven't factored in the steady stream of Arizona Firefighters popping over to check on how their pension is performing.

Well it's considered "Town centre" isn't it ? And, near the station, Ipswich does have a surprisingly low number of hotel rooms in the town itself for its size, most commercial/business visitors often get billeted to the surrounding area hotels which makes transport difficult for them to get to where they need easily

Those of a certain age can remember the excitement of the 'Greyfriars Development'.

I suppose the next opportunity will be what this hotel eyesore caan be replaced by. A station car par would be useful

Couldn't have used an architect to come up with something as ugly as that. What a horrible eyesore.
