Our most successful managers of all time... 13:46 - Dec 16 with 325 viewsMarshalls_Mullet

...were all inexperienced with no track record of success.

Our worst managers of all time were all experienced with a track record of promotions.

Maybe taking a chance on a promising coach is no bad thing...

The main thing is his staff. If it is going to be McKenna he has to come with a proper and well qualified back room staff. That includes an assistant a team of coaches, a half decent gk coach.

As long as whoever it is has a good staff unit I’m happy with anyone
