My late Dad (R.I.P.) had dealings w. Robert Maxwell unfortunately. Sold his minor publishing company to him on the understanding/promise that Maxwell would keep staff on. Guess what, he didn't, he asset stripped & they lost their jobs. There are many people up & down the UK (and probably elsewhere in the world too) with similar stories, including in Derby.
