Have you registered for teamcard.co.uk? Think you register on there and then the points should link in. It doesn't work correctly on the mobile app tho, so you will need to do it on a desktop/laptop

You have to link your teamcard to your shop account.

Under 'My Account' and 'Teamcard'.

It's the 14 digit code above the barcode on your season ticket.
