If that's time for Toto... 09:47 - Jan 13 with 631 viewsOriginalMarkyP

...all the best of luck to him.

Always gave his all in a town shirt, and was my player of the season last year.

Seemed like a good man and never shirked putting his body on the line for the club,

Shame to see him go but right move for all parties I reckon.

Seemed like a very decent man and when on song he could be a beast of a defender. Struggled for consistency here, not helped by some abject managers, a few major injuries, and an underperforming team around him. Hard to see how he'd fit into the style of play that we've seen in K-Mac's first 2 games so a move makes sense for all parties. Best of luck, Toto.

'Great block from Toto', to quote Brenner Wooley - very frequently over the last couple of years.

Have come to like him for his tough, last-ditch defending which has prevented so many shots on target (thus likely goals). He's left previous blunders behind, which, IMO, were partly down to other players not doing their jobs, leaving him stuck one-on-one with attackers, anyway.

I do concede that he is not the complete, ball-playing centre-back of the kind everyone lusts after (and which we may have found in Edmundson) and is probably not the future if we move up the divisions. But he is the kind of bloke you want to shore up a creaking defence.

Possibly also a casualty of having to raise some extra funds to secure Walton and maybe Bonne for the rest of the season, while still remaining the right side of spending rules. Wouldn't say it's strictly squad size, CBs are not an area where we have much of a surplus, especially playing three at the back.

Good Lord! Whatever is it?

Yes all the best Toto.

He spends a lot of his time back home that way, so a great move for him.

One of the nicest players I've met off the pitch too, a real genuine bloke.

RIP Sir Bobby

He’s a no nonsense defender who is fine at this level dealing with the physical aspect of this division. He struggles with clever players, which is why he’ll never progress beyond this level.

Good move for all concerned I reckon.

Never less than 100%. Not always good, but always the maximum effort. Hope he can find the success he had at Shrewsbury. Good man Toto!

Think it'll just be a free, them taking on what's left of his contract, that sort of thing.

Hasn't worked out for him here but a genuinely exciting signing when we got him. Good luck to him.

Truly impaired.

ok, they just take the wages in which frees up space for our budget.

Seems a decent bit of business for Fleetwood.

We also shouldn't underestimate Toto's ability to hold the line.
